Support & CareProgression to Employment Service
Triangle's Progression to Employment Service provides the necessary support systems to enable people with a learning disability to achieve and maintain meaningful employment. The Progression to Employment Service is an exciting new development that combines our highly successful Supported Employment Service and Social Enterprise Service into a seemless Service Continuum that prepares people with learning disabilities for the world of work. This service provides employment and training support to adults with learning disabilities across the Northern Health and Social Care Trust area, in line with their 5 year strategy - Widening Choice and Opportunities. We support service-users to engage in a structured programme of employment training leading to support within an open employment environment in line with the EUSE standards. Additionally within the service we deliver travel awareness training to individuals where required to enhance their social inclusion opportunities and safely.
