Regular Maintenance

Triangle has a number of specialist contracts in place for the regular maintenance and servicing in line with legal and manufacturer requirements.

The following are some of the Association’s regular/cyclical maintenance responsibilities:-

External Repainting

Every 5 years

Specialist Equipment

As per manufacturers requirements

Fire Alarms (if installed)


Domestic Smoke Detectors


Emergency Lighting (if installed)

Twice a year


Regularly from April to October

Electrical Inspections

Every 5 years and at each change of tenancy

Oil Fired Central Heating


Gas Fired Central Heating

Annual mandatory inspection and service and at each change of tenancy


Drains and Gutters

Every two years
