Progression to Employment Service

Triangle’s Progression to Employment Service provides the necessary support systems to enable people with a learning disability to achieve and maintain meaningful employment.

Funding for the service is provided by the Department for the Economy ESF Managing Authority, under the second call of the 2014-2020 Northern Ireland European Social Fund (April 2018- March 2022), and match funded by the Northern Health & Social Care Trust.

The service aims to engage with individuals with an assessed learning disability and/ or autism in the provision of employment services with the objective of promoting participants’ social inclusion, combating poverty and challenging discrimination. The service seeks to establish and support individuals’ active inclusion within employment environments and promoting their equal opportunities.
