Noel is a retired solicitor, who spent over forty years in the private sector with a leading North-West firm. He specialised in conveyancing, probate, civil and criminal litigation and joined the Board in 2018.

Daphne was a Principal Officer in the NIHE for 34 years, worked for Antrim Borough Council and the National Trust. She is a Trustee of National Museums NI and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee. She is a Governor of Cambridge House Grammar and chaired the Ballymena Business Education Partnership. Daphne served on the Triangle Board from 2015 to 2017, re-joining in 2021.

Bill is a subject matter expert in IT enabled business change, digital transformation and cyber security. He has held senior positions in NI, the Cabinet Office and the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform in Dublin. He runs a consulting business, is a Non-executive Director on the Board of FCDO Services, Director of an Australian cyber security company and is on the CIO/CISO Advisor Group for an American software company.
Deirdre was a Corporate and Business Banker for over 15 years, transitioning into management consulting. Has worked for the Strategic Investment Board since 2014. She is a strong advocate for sustainability and energy management. An owner and director of a property company she is also a governor for Loreto College Coleraine. She joined the Board in 2023 having previously been an independent adviser for Audit and Risk between 2008-2017
Morris is a retired Civil Servant with over 40 years in the Civil Service holding various positions in a managerial capacity in the field of procurement. He joined the Board in 2019.
Darren is a Chartered Accountant (admitted to CAI membership in 2021) who completed his training contract at PricewaterhouseCoopers working in audit. He worked on the audits of a range of private sector companies. In addition to this he was involved in the audits of public sector bodies, including the NIFRS, BHSCT and the SWRC amongst others. He currently works for IQ-EQ as a Client Accountant managing private equity funds. He joined the Board in 2023.

Connie is a lecturer in the School of the Built Environment (FE, HE), Art and Design department in the Northern Regional College. She served on the Board from 2007 – 2017 and re-joined in 2021.

Michael worked for Northern Ireland Housing Executive for 43 years having joined as Housing Management Trainee and held various positions in many locations including as a District Manager in Carrickfergus , Antrim, Ballymoney and Magherafelt. His last post was Area Manager of Mid Ulster. He joined the Board in 2023.

Jackie is a qualified nurse and has a background in recruitment. She presently works in the private sector. She joined the Board in 2003, retired from the Board in June 2015 and re-joined the Board in June 2016.

Audrey joined the Board in 2023, having previously worked in the field of social enterprise and business development for over 30 years. She actively helped start up, develop and create over 600 new social enterprises. In 2013 she was awarded a MBE in recognition of her work, then became the NI social enterprise women’s champion and was awarded a lifetime achievement recognition
