Since Apri 2025, the Triangle Progression to Employment team have successfully supported 200 individuals into sustainable employment, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to economic empowerment and workforce development.

Through strong employer partnerships, tailored employability support and skills development , the team have enabled participants to overcome barriers to work and secure meaningful job opportunities across a range of sectors from hospitality to high end sales roles.

The structured progression pathway ensures that individuals are equipped not ony to enter employment but to sustain and thrive within it.

Reaching 200 job outcomes reflects the dedication of our team, the resilience of our participants, and the strength of our collaboration with local employers and community partners.  We remain committed to expanding opportunity, promoting inclusive growth, and supporting individuals to achieve long-term career success.

The UK Government must take stock of the impact being made across NI and-reverse thier devastating decision to prevent the collapse of the Voluntary & Community sector now.
