Old Distillery Gardens LIMAVADY update

Progress Update: Old Distillery Gardens, Limavady - Phase 3

Its great to see fantastic progress at our Old Distillery Gardens development in Limavady.  Once complete, this new project will deliver 24 high-quality, modern apartments (a mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms, including 3 purpose built wheelchair - accessible apartments).

This scheme adds to our existing stock in Limavady area and reinforces our commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality homes for all.

Handover expected: March 2026
