Milltown Road Ballymoney

It's great to see steady progress at our #Milltown Road Development in #Ballymoney.

An exciting new social housing scheme that will deliver 8 high-quality houses and 9 modern apartments.

This project also marks a first for Triangle Housing Association, as it will be our first scheme to incorporate swift bricks, specially designed to provide nesting spaces for swift birds, a much loved but declining species in Northern Ireland.

By including these swift bricks, we're not only creating homes for people, but alose supporting local biodiversity and helping build wildlife-friendly communities.

This new scheme is expected to complete in Spring 2026, and we're proud to be delivering homes that meet both community and environmental needs.
