ISO 9001:2008 Success

Triangle Housing Association was pleased to welcome the visit of Andy Nicholl, Team Leader from BSI Management Systems on 18^th February 2009, after having successfully gained the International Standardisation Organisation (ISO) 9001:2000 accreditation. Following our first assessment, we were upgraded to the 9001:2008 new standard. On receiving the certificate, Chris Alexander, Triangle's Chief Executive Officer said, "I believe this accreditation is testament to the hard work of all our staff team, and reinforces Triangle's continual pursuit of excellence in everything it does". 

The ISO 9001:2008 award is recognised worldwide and can be applied to any organisation which designs, develops, manufactures, installs and / or services any product or provides any form of service.  ISO is a non-governmental organisation that forms a bridge between the public and private sectors.  Therefore, ISO enables a consensus to be reached on solutions that meet both the requirements of business and the broader needs of society. Triangle was pleased to add this to standard to its' impressive array of existing accreditations which include, the Investor in People Award (IIP), Clients Charter and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Northern Ireland Prize Winner Status.
