Cold Weather Action Plan

Triangle has prepared a cold weather action plan to minimise disruption to services should we experience extreme weather conditions and to ensure you receive the best service possible.

All tenants have been provided with a ‘Winter Focus’ Newsletter outlining details of the cold weather action plan. This plan is also available on the publications section of our website.

Help for vulnerable Triangle tenants for water and electricity supplies

Triangle has provided tenants two important links for registering with both the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Northern Ireland Water.

1.       Northern Ireland Water provides additional free services to people with a disability, are an older,  have a serious medical condition or need extra help for any other reason. In order to access these additional services you must register using the link

2.       Northern Ireland Electricity also have a Critical Care Register for people using life saving equipment, stairlift etc. Again you must use the link provided to register for additional support.
