Triangle - Leading the Way on Employee Wellbeing

Triangle Housing Association were presented with their new Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award at a celebratory event held at Hillsborough Castle on 6th October 2010.

Triangle is the first organisation in Northern Ireland to achieve the award, which demonstrates how companies have achieved organisational improvement through their approach to employee wellbeing and engagement.

Investors in People has long been acknowledged as the most successful framework for business improvement through people.  It helps organisations of every size, sector and location to compete and succeed through improved people performance.  The approach to its delivery has recently changed, becoming more tailored to individual business needs, as well as the framework being extended to provide stretch for all businesses, who can now work towards achieving the core Standard or the recently added Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.

Triangle initially achieved their Investors in People award in 2005 however were recently awarded enhanced recognition in the form of the IIP Silver award demonstrating continuous improvement in their overall approach to employee development.
