NewsTaking Fundraising To New Heights!
On 14th August 2010, Marguerite McToal participated in a sky dive at the Wild Geese Sky diving centre in Garvagh. In addition to overcoming her fear of being dropped from a plane at great height, Marguerite’s sky dive involved intensive fitness training to physically prepare for the dive in addition to a fantastic fundraising effort of £1,100 in total for Lighthouse (formerly Public Intervention in Prevention of Suicide). Marguerite has been invited by Lighthouse to formally present a cheque for all the organisation’s fundraising and we are delighted to have her represent Triangle. Well done Marguerite!
