Employer of Choice!

Triangle Housing Association selected Tullyglass House Hotel, Ballymena to formally celebrate their achievement of the Employer of Choice Award. This award reflects Triangles commitment to improve their approach to work life balance and staff health and well being.

Triangle is the first Housing Association to receive this award through the ‘Employer of Choice’ programme.  Chief Executive, Chris Alexander, commented “Triangle is committed to investing in the development and well being of its staff team.  They are central to the quality of our services and overall success of the organization.  We are delighted to receive formal recognition and will continue to strive towards further improvement in the future.”

Martin Magennis from the Employer of Choice team added; “We are delighted that Triangle Housing Association is the latest organization to gain accreditation through the prestigious Employer of Choice Standard.  The organization has worked diligently over the last 18 months to support its staff to develop and implement best practice in the field of health and well being.  Triangle is an excellent example of how employers and employees can work together to find out they can both gain from implementing a more imaginative and inclusive approach to working practices.  The Employer of Choice team would like to offer the organization our formal congratulations as well as wishing everyone involved all the very best for the future.”

Triangle now employs 269 people throughout all its housing, support and care activities.
