NewsTriangle Launches Customer Service Standards
Triangle has created Customer Service Standards to inform all those who access our services about what to expect as a customer. The standards are about improving services, developing customer insight, understanding the user's experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction. Triangle will report against these standards at year end (31st March 2010), publishing the results online, through newsletters and display at our Head Office. The standards are available in a number of formats if you would like an alternative format please contact Corporate Services 028 2766 6880. The standards are part of our Customer Service Excellence submission. |
