Moving day for new tenants in Coleraine
Triangle is delighted to welcome tenants to their new home yesterday, the 3 family homes are the first new social housing accommodation available in the Crescent area of Coleraine for over 20 years.
In 2016 Triangle developed 20 new properties in nearby Lisnablagh Road which are all tenanted by general needs families, since then the Association has forged strong links within the local community through the local Cross Glebe Community Association. Thomas McCrudden (chair of the Cross Glebe Community Association) was present at the key handover along with Mark Alexander (Causeway Area Manager from the NIHE) and Maurice Bradley MLA.
We’d like to welcome our new tenants and wish them all the best in their new home!
